The Well, Clerkenwell London’s urban day spa Business Development Manager Rachael Collins, gives her top tips for helping your skin get through the colder weather.

The best Autumn skincare treatments

As the evenings get darker, the leaves turn orange and the wind brisker, our skin needs extra attention. The cold environment combined with central heating and wind sweeping the moisture from our face means our skin doesn’t get enough moisture.

In a dry environment, water is lost from the keratinocytes, or outer skin cells, leaving skin feeling sore and chapped. Rachael Collins, Business Development Manager at The Well, Clerkenwell London’s spa, suggests her top treatments and products for getting you through the chilly seasons.
